I had a great time staying at this cozy hotel in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the main attractions and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom.
To this charming hotel. the street can get a bit noisy at night, which didn't allow for a peaceful sleep.

I liked the central location, our room was clean and simple and the breakfast was generous.
I cannot complain about the B&B at all - it was all good. However the method of payment caused me to pay half as much again in bank charges and therefore any bargain price we received due to the simplicity of the B&B was swept away by the extremely excessive bank charges. Had I been able to pay by debit card I would have been happier. Therefore and only because of this, I won't be using the B&B Hofnar again.

The hostess/ staff was pleasant and helpful, the room furnished with basic necessities. A good budget place to stay.
The furnishings done 'ikea style' are sometimes in a worn out state. The comfort is just utilitarian and basic. If you need more than that, you should specify that to the staff or look elsewhere.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the bustling market place. The prices are very reasonable, providing excellent value for money. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the rooms, including little touches like chocolates on the bed, adds a nice personal touch. Additionally, some rooms offer a balcony with a lovely view, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding beauty.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

It was near the city centre, but there was no staff after 4:00 pm. You had to check yourself in with a buzzcode. Parking is too expensive 22 euros for a night. Be ready for that. The view from top floor room was beautiful as you can see the facade of the church. The washrooms were very clean.
It was such a tigth room and not enough space. The stairs made too much noise.

We had to visit the Maastricht University so this isB&B was really a good choice, best location, walking distance to where we were going. Our family had 2 rooms at the top floor, with the roof slanting over our heads, giving atmosphere. One room gave a view of the rooftops of the neighborhood, nice and airy and full of light. The rooms were clean, beddings as well. Close to restaurants, shops and churches. We would recommend this place, good basics.
We had to go down one flight for the shower and toilet, a discomfort if done in the middle of the night. No coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast was a bit too pricey.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, very close to the market place and all the main attractions. The rooms are basic but clean, and some even come with a balcony and a lovely view of the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served with a view of the nearby cathedral, which adds to the charm of this place.
All in all, everything was ok, nothing to complain about.

The room was small but quite adequate. It is situated just off the main square across from the Basillica, so perfectly positioned for exploring the beautiful city of Maastricht.

The shared bathroom was bigger than the sleeping area. Unfortunately we did not know we were staying at an off-site location (we did not know during the booking that we would be placed here). The house was noisy (very old) but some guest might find the charming. Breakfast was also at the main location, very inconvenient for us. On check out we notified the staff about our dissatisfaction, they seemed surprised as they described the room as charming - we couldn't agree.

Location, location, location! The hotel is perfectly situated in the picturesque part of Maastricht. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and plenty of shopping throughout the town. Also seems to be near more residential areas of the city, so a good blend of in-town but still accesible to everything.
I opted out of the breakfast - seemed a bit steep at 7.50 Euro. Also, there isn't really a reception desk, so you can't count on getting questions about the area answered if there isn't staff in the hotel.
